HALL OF FAME INDUCTION FORMS
Induction forms will be sent to your nominee. Upon receiving the nomination,
your nominee will need to complete the induction form and submit it together
with a martial arts resume/biography, a 8 x 10 photo (action or still)
and copies of certificates.
The board members of the World Martial Arts Black Belt Hall of Fame will review the nominees' information and will notify the nominee regarding the status of their acceptance.
HALL OF FAME AWARDS
Nominees who are successfully inducted into the Word Martial Arts Black
Belt Hall of Fame will be awarded a specially-designed plaque and a certificate
which can be proudly displayed at their school or home.
HALL OF FAME AWARDS CEREMONY
Entertainment which includes the Nanyang Wushu Drummers, Lion Dancers,
Martial Arts performance and cultural dances.
HALL OF FAME AWARD BANQUET
This banquet is an excellent means to honor inductees in front of their
family members, students and friends.
Note: if you and your group are planning to attend this prestigious event, please make your reservation earlier so that arrangement can be made for you to be seated together.
