THE LATE GRANDMASTER KAN OH CHEONG
 
 
 
GRANDMASTER KAN OH CHEONG was born in Singapore.  He is the second son of Great Grandmaster Kan Teck Guan.  He had studied traditional medicine and 'Wuzuquan' (Wushu) since his childhood. 

At the age of 21 years, he continued on his father's efforts to promote the arts of "Wuzuquan" in South-East Asia.  In 1952, he established "Singapore Chinese Boxing Fellowship" and was elected President of the Fellowship. He has written a book on 'The Secrets of Traditional Medicine' in 1954.  In the same year, he established the "Chinese Boxing Fellowship Muar" in Johore.  In 1956, he conducted courses on the bone-setting treatment.

 
Later in 1957, he was appointed as an Instructor to Chinese Boxing Fellowship Batu Pahat in Johore. Grandmaster Kan Oh Cheong passed away in 1971 leaving his disciples to carry on the promotion & development of Wuzuquan.
