History of Martial Arts Involvement

He started training in Martial Arts at the age of seven.

He has contributed greatly (31years) in training to develop and promote the art of self defence in Bangladesh and other countries like USA, UK, Estonia, Switzerland, Italy, Kong Kong, India, Germany, Philippines and etc.

He is the pioneer ion introducing Martial Arts training to all Cadet Colleges (Military feeder Institutions).

He has trained thousands of people of all ages and professions to generate confidence, discipline and leadership in society.

He has conducted hundreds of free Butthan meditation workshops and self-defence training camps along with Yoga.

He has conducted around 400 seminars, demonstrations, motivation and security briefings for developing awareness and related assignments, etc.
