Started practicing Chinese Martial Arts since he was four years old.

 Instructor in charge of the adapted program in Tai Chi Chuan at the Institute of Physical Rehabilitation of Quebec from 1988 until 1990.

1993 – Person in charge of the program Tai Chi Chuan at the Cegep of Saint-Foy.

 Trainer of Patrick Bochard, speed skater, part of the Olympic Canadian Team from 1996 until 1999.

 1996 – Chosen by the delegation of the Shaolin Monks of China to be their Master of Ceremony and spokesman of their demonstration in Montreal.

 Instructor at the World Martial Arts Convention (WKF) from 1999 until 2003.
